We are providers for nearly all major insurance companies.  When scheduling your first visit, be sure to inquire about your specific insurance carrier.  Most people don’t realize insurance companies usually cover infertility consultation and evaluation or “diagnostic” services.  Although coverage for the treatment of infertility is rare, there are some employers that do offer treatment benefits.  We recommend contacting your insurance company prior to your initial visit to familiarize yourself with your benefits.  Be sure to inquire separately for your “diagnostic” coverage and your “treatment” coverage.  Having this information at the time of the initial visit may be helpful in determining your treatment plan.
